PRIVACY NOTICE

ACE444 Privacy Notice

This notice describes the behaviour visible in the current ACE444 static website. It separates what a browser sends to deliver a page from features the site does not currently provide.

EffectiveReviewed

This notice is deliberately limited to the code and pages reviewed on 24 October 2026. It does not make promises about a feature that is not present or about infrastructure records that are not documented.

SCOPE

What this notice covers

This notice covers visits to ACE444 editorial pages, category directories, guides, News and policy pages. These pages are generated as static HTML, CSS, JavaScript and media files and are delivered through web hosting and security infrastructure.

The notice does not govern a separate website reached from an external link. A destination outside ACE444 applies its own technical controls and privacy terms.

PAGE DELIVERY

Information sent with a web request

When a browser asks for a page or asset, hosting and security infrastructure can receive standard request information needed to deliver and protect the service. Depending on the request, this can include the IP address, browser or user-agent details, requested URL, request time and referrer information supplied by the browser.

ACE444 does not publish a visitor profile or expose this technical request information through the website interface. The current static pages do not ask a reader to enter personal details for ordinary reading.

DIRECT INPUT

No direct submission or account tools

The current website does not contain sign-in, registration, comment, newsletter, file-upload or contact forms. It also does not contain site-operated checkout, deposit or withdrawal controls.

Because those tools are not present, the static pages do not ask visitors to submit names, email addresses, identity documents, account credentials or payment details to ACE444. Do not send sensitive information through a destination reached outside this site without first reading that destination's own notice.

BROWSER STORAGE

Cookies, browser storage and analytics

The source reviewed for this notice does not contain first-party code that sets cookies or writes to localStorage or sessionStorage. It also does not contain an analytics tag, tracking pixel or browser beacon for measuring individual visits.

This statement describes the current site code. It does not mean that the hosting or security layer receives no request information, and it should be reviewed again if analytics, consent controls or personalised features are added later.

OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE

External assets and destinations

The site includes a browser connection hint for an external image host, and some catalogue pages can request image files from that host. A browser making that connection can disclose standard network request information to the infrastructure serving the asset.

Some ACE444 pages also identify links that leave this website. Opening one is a separate choice, and the destination may apply its own cookies, account tools, analytics and privacy terms. This Privacy Notice contains no external link or automatic redirect.

CONTROL

Retention and reader choices

The static site does not provide a visitor account, saved profile or personal dashboard from which data can be viewed or deleted. ACE444 does not publish a retention schedule for technical records that may be created by hosting, security or external asset infrastructure, so this notice does not invent one.

Readers can leave the site without creating an account, avoid opening external destinations and use browser controls to limit referrer information or clear browser data. Those browser settings are controlled by the reader and the browser provider.

REVISION

Changes to this notice

This notice should be reviewed before any form, account feature, analytics tool, consent mechanism, personalised storage or new external service is introduced. A material change should be reflected in the text and the visible review date.

The effective and reviewed dates above identify the version that matches the current static-site audit. Earlier descriptions should not be treated as current when the page shows a newer date.
